  • You retain ownership of your ad accounts, CRM data, and business assets unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.
  • All fees are non-refundable once services have begun unless explicitly stated in writing.
  • We are not responsible for bank fees, chargebacks, or payment processor issues.

4. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled through our approved booking systems.
  • Missed or no-show appointments may result in forfeited fees.
  • Repeated no-shows or abuse may result in termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, workflows, automations, strategies, prompts, documentation, and training provided by We Love Trees are protected intellectual property.

  • Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
